Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wcvete@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

To start a return request, contact us at wcvete@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
